Aktiviti Kecergasan Berkumpulan

Sebanyak 10+ aktiviti kecergasan dalam kumpulan bersama Fitness Coach (Ladies). Dilakukan di luar atau selain waktu bekerja.

40+ Lokasi Cabaran 6 Minggu

Pilih salah satu dari 40+ kawasan (team) di seluruh Malaysia. Satu team terhad kepada maksimum 40 peserta.

Panduan Pemakanan

Percuma buku panduan merangka pelan pemakanan untuk setiap peserta. Memahami pengiraan kalori & kualiti makanan.

Saguhati Peserta

Setiap peserta akan menerima tshirt, saguhati & sijil penyertaan. Saguhati istimewa untuk Juara Cabaran di setiap kawasan.

  • 14 Mac 2020 → Hiit Training, 8.30am – 10.00am (The Steel Gym)
  • 15 Mac 2020 → Functional Training, 8.30am – 10.00am (Cruise Studio)
  • 21 Mac 2020 → Weight Training, 8.30am – 10.00am (The Steel Gym)
  • 22 Mac 2020 → Bodytoning / Cardio, 8.30am – 10.00am (Taman Pasif)
  • 28 Mac 2020 → Lower Body, 8.30am – 10.00am (The Steel Gym)
  • 29 Mac 2020 → Aerobic / Cardio, 8.30am – 10.00am (Cruise Studio)
  • 4 April 2020 → Upper body, 8.30am – 10.00am (The Steel Gym)
  • 5 April 2020 → Bodytoning / Cardio, 8.30am – 10.00am  (Taman Pasif)
  • 11 April 2020 → Weight training, 8.30am – 10.00am (The Steel Gym)
  • 12 April 2020 → Aerobic / Cardio, 8.30am – 10.00am (Cruise Studio)
  • 18 April 2020 → Final & Potluck (To Be Confirm)

Jadual diatas adalah perancangan awal, kemungkinan akan ada sedikit perubahan melalui perbincangan bersama.
