Aktiviti Kecergasan Berkumpulan

Sebanyak 10+ aktiviti kecergasan dalam kumpulan bersama Fitness Coach (Ladies). Dilakukan di luar atau selain waktu bekerja.

40+ Lokasi Cabaran 6 Minggu

Pilih salah satu dari 40+ kawasan (team) di seluruh Malaysia. Satu team terhad kepada maksimum 40 peserta.

Panduan Pemakanan

Percuma buku panduan merangka pelan pemakanan untuk setiap peserta. Memahami pengiraan kalori & kualiti makanan.

Saguhati Peserta

Setiap peserta akan menerima tshirt, saguhati & sijil penyertaan. Saguhati istimewa untuk Juara Cabaran di setiap kawasan.

Time : 815pm – 9.30pm

  • 29 Jul 2019  → Kick off – Weigh Measurement & Postural Allignment
  • 31 Jul 2019 →  Circuit Training (Full Body Workout)
  • 5 Aug 2019 → Functional Training
  • 7 Aug 2019 → Agility Training (Ladder & Cone Workout)
  • 12 Aug 2019 → Partner Workout (Total Body)
  • 18 Aug 2019 (Sunday) → Hiking (Location tbc)
  • 19 Aug 2019 → Spell Your Name Workout
  • 21 Aug 2019 → Tabata Workout
  • 26 Aug 2019 → High Intensity Interval Training (Hiit)
  • 2 Sept 2019 → Games & Final Measurement
  • 7 Sept 2019 (Saturday) → Hydro Workout (Tbc)

Jadual diatas adalah perancangan awal, kemungkinan akan ada sedikit perubahan melalui perbincangan bersama.

Peserta yang telah berdaftar akan dihubungi oleh Team Leader kawasan melalui aplikasi Whatsapp Group.
