Sebanyak 10+ aktiviti kecergasan dalam kumpulan bersama Fitness Coach (Ladies). Dilakukan di luar atau selain waktu bekerja.
40+ Lokasi Cabaran 6 Minggu
Pilih salah satu dari 40+ kawasan (team) di seluruh Malaysia. Satu team terhad kepada maksimum 40 peserta.
Panduan Pemakanan
Percuma buku panduan merangka pelan pemakanan untuk setiap peserta. Memahami pengiraan kalori & kualiti makanan.
Saguhati Peserta
Setiap peserta akan menerima tshirt, saguhati & sijil penyertaan. Saguhati istimewa untuk Juara Cabaran di setiap kawasan.

- 8 Mac 2020 → Nutrition Talk (Weight Loss) (Heya Fitness @ Slim & Fit HQ, Danau Kota, Setapak), 8.30am – 11am
- 8 Mac 2020 → Cross Training (Stadium Bukit Jalil) 5.30pm – 6.30pm.
- 14 Mac 2020 → Off Training (Trainer Outstation)
- 15 Mac 2020 → Off Training (Trainer Outstation)
- 21 Mac 2020 → Off Training (Trainer Outstation)
- 22 Mac 2020 → Off Training (Trainer Outstation)
- 28 Mac 2020 (Sabtu) → Running Intro + Fun Run + Cardio – (Stadium Bukit Jalil) 7.30am – 9.00am.
- 29 Mac 2020 (Ahad) → 29 Mac 2020 (Sun) → 120 Minutes Piloxing & Zumba, (Kompleks Sukan MSN Setiawangsa) 8.30am – 11.00am

- 5 April 2020 (Ahad) → Kettlebell + Weight Training– (Stadium Bukit Jalil) 7.30am – 9.00am.
- 11 April 2020 (Sabtu) → Tanggathon – (Stadium Bukit Jalil) 7.30am – 9.00am.
- 12 April 2020 (Ahad) → Resistant Band Workout + Poundfit (Stadium Bukit Jalil) 7.30am – 9.00am.
- 18 April 2020 (Sabtu) → Jungle trekking (Bukit Wawasan Puchong) 7.30am – 12.00pm.
- 19 April 2020 (Ahad) → Stretching, Final Weight & Body Measurement + Potluck + Kayak (Putrajaya) 8.00am – 11.00am.
