Latar Belakang Team Leader :

I am #omaksukorunning. I am 40 years young. I’m “Firm but Kind yet Crazy and Considerate”. I feel that I have the drive and understanding into helping other women, especially mothers with children to get fit, lean, healthy also happy and confident with their life, despite all of their mind-boggling schedule and things to do daily. Because I’ve been there and still is, and I do have my fair share of motherhood struggles as well.

– Trail Run
– Hiking
– HIIT & BBG
– Kettlebell Trainings.

We can also share tips on how to doll up for work or other occasions as make-up & dressing up are my thing too along with cooking up a storm!! Hey girl…we have to spread our overflowing love somehow yeah!

Sebanyak 10+ aktiviti kecergasan dalam kumpulan bersama Fitness Coach (Ladies). Dilakukan di luar atau selain waktu bekerja.

Pilih salah satu dari 40+ kawasan (team) di seluruh Malaysia. Satu team terhad kepada maksimum 40 peserta.

Panduan Pemakanan

Percuma buku panduan merangka pelan pemakanan untuk setiap peserta. Memahami pengiraan kalori & kualiti makanan.

Saguhati Peserta

Setiap peserta akan menerima tshirt, saguhati & sijil penyertaan. Saguhati istimewa untuk Juara Cabaran di setiap kawasan.

  • 27 Jul 2019 (Sabtu) → Ice Breaking + Fitness Test + Weight & Body measurement (Stadium Bukit Jalil) 7.30am – 9.00am.
  • 28 Jul 2019 (Ahad) →  Partner/Group Workout + HIIT (Stadium Bukit Jalil) 7.30am – 9.00am.
  • 3 Aug 2019 (Sabtu) → Off Training (TL Outstation)
  • 4 Aug 2019 (Ahad) → Off Training (TL Outstation)
  • 10 Aug 2019 → Off Training (Hari Raya Aidliadha)
  • 11 Aug 2019 → Off Training (Hari Raya Aidliadha)
  • 17 Aug 2019 (Sabtu) → Running Intro + Fun Run Bukit Komanwel + Cardio – (Stadium Bukit Jalil) 7.30am – 9.00am.
  • 18 Aug 2019 (Ahad) → Kettle Bell & Weight Training– Stadium Bukit Jalil) 7.30am – 9.00am.
  • 24 Aug 2019 (Sabtu) → Netball Training – (Stadium Bukit Jalil) 7.30am – 9.00am.
  • 25 Aug 2019 (Ahad) → Netball Games – (To be confirm) 7.30am – 12.00pm.
  • 31 Aug 2019 (Sabtu) → Jungle trekking (Bukit Wawasan) 7.30am – 11.00am.
  • 1 Sept 2019 (Ahad) → Resistant Band Workout (Stadium Bukit Jalil) 7.30am – 9.00am.
