Sebanyak 10+ aktiviti kecergasan dalam kumpulan bersama Fitness Coach (Ladies). Dilakukan di luar atau selain waktu bekerja.
40+ Lokasi Cabaran 6 Minggu
Pilih salah satu dari 40+ kawasan (team) di seluruh Malaysia. Satu team terhad kepada maksimum 40 peserta.
Panduan Pemakanan
Percuma buku panduan merangka pelan pemakanan untuk setiap peserta. Memahami pengiraan kalori & kualiti makanan.
Saguhati Peserta
Setiap peserta akan menerima tshirt, saguhati & sijil penyertaan. Saguhati istimewa untuk Juara Cabaran di setiap kawasan.

- 7 Mac 2020 (Sabtu) → Kick Off – Weigh & measure + Nutrition (Wetland, Setia Alam) 7.45am – 9.00am.
- 8 Mac 2020 → Nutrition Talk (Weight Loss) (Heya Fitness @ Slim & Fit HQ, Danau Kota, Setapak), 8.30am – 11am
- 14 Mac 2020 (Sabtu) → Circuit Training (Futsal Court, Urban Park) 7.45am – 9.00am.
- 22 Mac 2020 (Ahad) → SPELL UR NAME Cardio Training (Futsal Court, Urban Park) 7.45am – 9.00am.
- 28 Mac 2020 (Sabtu) → Rock ur Deck (Futsal Court, Urban Park) 7.45am – 9.00am.
- 29 Mac 2020 (Ahad) → 29 Mac 2020 (Sun) → 120 Minutes Piloxing & Zumba, (Kompleks Sukan MSN Setiawangsa) 8.30am – 11.00am
- 4 April 2020 (Sabtu) → AMRAP (Futsal Court, Urban Park) 7.45am – 9.00am.
- 5 April 2020 (Ahad) → Ladder Cone Drills (Futsal Court, Urban Park) 7.45am – 9.00am.
- 11 April 2020 (Sabtu) → Combo Workout (Futsal Court, Urban Park) 7.45am – 9.00am.
- 12 April 2020 (Ahad) → Aqua Workout / Hiking (Futsal Court, Urban Park) 7.45am – 9.00am.
- 18 April 2020 (Sabtu) → Partner Bootcamp (Futsal Court, Urban Park) 7.45am – 9.00am.
- 19 April 2020 (Ahad) → Fitness Games & Final Weigh out (Wetland, Setia Alam) 7.45am – 9.00am.
