Aktiviti Kecergasan Berkumpulan

Sebanyak 10+ aktiviti kecergasan dalam kumpulan bersama Fitness Coach (Ladies). Dilakukan di luar atau selain waktu bekerja.

40+ Lokasi Cabaran 6 Minggu

Pilih salah satu dari 40+ kawasan (team) di seluruh Malaysia. Satu team terhad kepada maksimum 40 peserta.

Panduan Pemakanan

Percuma buku panduan merangka pelan pemakanan untuk setiap peserta. Memahami pengiraan kalori & kualiti makanan.

Saguhati Peserta

Setiap peserta akan menerima tshirt, saguhati & sijil penyertaan. Saguhati istimewa untuk Juara Cabaran di setiap kawasan.

Jadual Aktiviti

  • 7 Mac 2020 (Sabtu) → Kick Off – Weigh & measure + Nutrition (Wetland, Setia Alam) 7.45am – 9.00am.
  • 8 Mac 2020 →  Nutrition Talk (Weight Loss) (Heya Fitness @ Slim & Fit HQ, Danau Kota, Setapak), 8.30am – 11am
  • 10 Mac 2020 (Selasa) → Circuit Training (Open Court, Jalan Mak Yong)  8.30pm – 9.45pm.
  • 12 Mac 2020 (Khamis) → SPELL UR NAME Cardio Training (Open Court, Jalan Mak Yong)  8.30pm – 9.45pm.
  • 24 Mac 2020 (Selasa) → Rock ur Deck (Open Court, Jalan Mak Yong)  8.30pm – 9.45pm.
  • 29 Mac 2020 (Ahad) → 120 Minutes Piloxing & Zumba, (Kompleks Sukan MSN Setiawangsa) 8.30am – 11.00am
  • 31 Mac 2020 (Selasa) → AMRAP (Open Court, Jalan Mak Yong)  8.30pm – 9.45pm.
  • 2 April 2020 (Khamis) → Ladder Cone Drills (Open Court, Jalan Mak Yong)  8.30pm – 9.45pm.
  • 7 April 2020 (Selasa) → Combo Workout (Open Court, Jalan Mak Yong)  8.30pm – 9.45pm.
  • 12 April 2020 (Ahad) → Aqua Workout / Hiking (TBC)  7.45am – 9.00am.
  • 14 April 2020 (Selasa) → Partner Bootcamp (Open Court, Jalan Mak Yong)  8.30pm – 9.45pm.
  • 19 April 2020 (Ahad) → Fitness Games & Final Weigh out (Wetland, Setia Alam) 7.45am – 9.00am.

Jadual diatas adalah perancangan awal, kemungkinan akan ada sedikit perubahan melalui perbincangan bersama.

Peserta yang telah berdaftar akan dihubungi oleh Team Leader kawasan melalui aplikasi Whatsapp Group.
