I am firm but kind yet crazy and considerate. I feel that I have the drive and understanding into helping other women to get fit, lean, healthy, strong also happy and confident with their life.

Aktiviti Kecergasan Menyeronokkan

Sebanyak 10+ aktiviti kecergasan dalam kumpulan bersama Fitness Coach (Ladies). Aktiviti di luar waktu bekerja.

Lokasi Cabaran 6 Minggu

Pilih salah satu dari 42 kawasan (team) di seluruh Malaysia. Satu team terhad kepada maksimum 40 peserta.

Panduan Pemakanan

Percuma buku panduan merangka pelan pemakanan untuk setiap peserta. Memahami pengiraan kalori & kualiti makanan.

Hadiah Peserta

Setiap peserta akan menerima tshirt, medal & sijil penyertaan. Hadiah saguhati untuk Juara Cabaran di setiap kawasan.

  • 20 Jan 2019 (Ahad) →  Health & Nutrition Talk (Weight Loss) (Dewan Auditorium Fakulti Sains Universiti Malaya) 8.00am – 11.00am
  • 26 Jan 2019 (Sabtu) →Partner Work Out (Stadium Bukit Jalil) 7.30am – 9.00am.
  • 27 Jan 2019 (Ahad) → Interval Run Training + Relay Race 3km (Stadium Bukit Jalil) 7.30am – 9.00am.
  • 2 Feb 2019 → Off Training (Chinese New Year)
  • 3 Feb 2019 → Off Training (Chinese New Year)
  • 9 Feb 2019 (Sabtu) → Fun Run Bukit Komanwel 3km – (Stadium Bukit Jalil) 7.30am – 9.00am.

  • 16 Feb 2019 (Sabtu) → Tanggathon – (Stadium Bukit Jalil) 7.30am – 9.00am.
  • 17 Feb 2019 (Ahad) → Netball Training – (Stadium Bukit Jalil) 7.30am – 9.00am.
  • 23 Feb 2019 (Sabtu) → Netball Tournament (Venue: To be Confirmed) 7.30am – 12.00pm.
  • 24 Feb 2019 (Ahad) → Off Training
  • 2 Mar 2019 (Sabtu) → Trekking Waterfall Sofea Jane, Potluck Party – (Kemensah) 7.30am – 11.00am.
